Delivery Areas

Delivery for Brunei

Free delivery of products within Bandar Seri Begawan. Delivery costs to Tutong, Belait and Temburong varies and are capped to maximum of $30.

Delivery for Malaysia

We offer delivery services to all regions within Sarawak, Malaysia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Since our products vary in size and weight, shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Self Pick Up Options

We currently offer self pick up option for Brunei customers at our warehouse at Jerudong.

In store pick up are available within 24 to 48 hours after payment and confirmations are made. Please contact us if you prefer to do self pickup.

Do note that we do not accept walk-ins without appointment at this moment.

delivery timeframe

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may differ depending on your location - a maximum of 7 business days shall be anticipated. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, weather conditions, or logistical issues. Please contact us for urgent orders that require a shorter delivery time.

Delivery of Digital Locks - Installation

We offer professional installation services for digital locks to ensure proper setup and functionality. However, installation is subject to the availability of our certified installers or carpenters. After purchasing a digital lock, our team will contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule an installation appointment.

We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule, but we cannot guarantee specific dates or times.

refund, returns and exchanges

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund or return under the following conditions:

- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.

- The item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is provided.

As the items require precise measurements, please double check on the size selected before placing the order.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact your sales person AND email us as soon as possible at hello@kenviewasia.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refund Process
  • To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged or defective items).
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • The item must be returned to us within 14 days of approval.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Returns

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Non Returnable Items

Certain products and services are non-returnable:

- Installed products: Once a digital lock/storage systems/cabinets have been installed, it cannot be returned.

- Service fees: Installation, delivery, and other service-related charges are non-refundable.

- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct or replacement item at no additional cost.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
